Neville Weston is the Chief Distribution Officer, Global Reinsurance with oversight of Sompo Re’s Business Development team and the Sompo Capital Markets team.

With over 30 years of reinsurance business experience, Mr Weston has served as Vice Chairman of AON Reinsurance Bermuda and as co-founder of a Bermuda-licensed multi-line MGA. He has also held executive leadership roles with an ILS capital management firm and a global broker.

Mr Weston is a graduate of Bournemouth University with a BSc. (Hons) in Information Systems Management and holds an Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) designation.
